Yes, Brazilian jiu jitsu is good for beginners of all ages and fitness levels.
In your first class, you will start with a warm-up followed by basic techniques. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and come with comfortable clothes.
Brazilian jiu jitsu can increase confidence, focus, enhance self-defense skills and improve physical fitness. Our school offers a safe environment for kids all ages.
We allow parents to record short videos or take photos of your children during the drills, exercises and games but we do not allow parents to record during the sparring. We also allow photos and short videos during a child's promotion.
