
The adult program offers classes 5 days a week with levels ranging from basic, fundamental, womens class 2x a week and self defense class for womens and girls. The format, curriculum and structure for each class is designed to ensure the best possible learning for all students. The adult program is divided into:
- Basic Program:
The basics program is designed to help introduce new students to jiu jitsu positions, techniques, concepts and basic self-defense. The curriculum for the program focuses on simplifying the martial art in a way that benefits newer students and helps them create a solid foundation for their jiu jitsu journey. The class setting is organized to be welcoming and inviting, creating a positive learning environment for all new practitioners.
- Fundamental Program:
The fundamentals classes benefit students of all ranks and skill levels. The program expands on the curriculum of the basics program and features a more in-depth exploration of the techniques and concepts. Fundamentals also introduces specific situational training, allowing students to develop critical thinking and problem solving.
- Advanced Program:
This is a high intensity class focused on training students to perform in competitions. During a class, specific competition situations are worked on.
