At Artistic Jiu Jitsu School, we believe that Jiu Jitsu goes far beyond the mat - it helps children become more confident, disciplined and resilient from an early age.

Our classes are divided by age group, respecting the pace of each student. We believe that Jiu Jitsu is a powerful tool for the physical and emotional development of children.

This is a high intensity class focused on training young students to perform in competitions. To stay in this class students are required to have a minimum of 5 sessions per week, be available to compete in the target competitions indicated by the professor, dedication and technical evolution among classes. At this level, the instructors will use training scenarios that emulate the competition environment.
