1 - Little Kids (Ages 3-5)
Our Little Kids Program introduces young children to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through movement, structured activities, and age-appropriate games.
At this age, our main goal is to help children feel comfortable on the mat, learn how to follow instructions, and develop a positive relationship with physical activity. Classes are engaging and energetic while maintaining clear routines and structure.
Students begin learning basic Jiu-Jitsu movements, safe falling techniques, balance, takedown fundamentals, positional control, and simple self-defense concepts.
